Lifestyle | A roadtrip in Morocco, one day in Fez

This is the first report of my roadtrip in Morocco with the Road Trip Factory team and Harley Davidson.

The photos below are from my first day in Fez where i meet the whole team (40 people approx.). It was my first time in this part of the world, north Africa and my first time on a Harley-Davidson (as a passenger).

My roadtrip was a 1800 km journey through desert landscapes, little villages, oasis and beautiful palaces called kasbah (the complete tour is approximatively 4500 km). Meeting the natives, seeing beautiful landscapes, feeling the Harley experience, talking with people from different places was great.

As the days goes by it was more about living an experience, where friendship meets respect, mutual aid and pleasure, than just an « other roadtrip ».

More posts will follow showing you my complete tour.

Arrival in Fez

We spend « my » first day visiting the main part of the city, the Medina quarter, a manufacture of ceramics and various places (a traditional dyeing factory, a carpet maker, etc.)
« Trucks are the first photos people are taking when the arrive. »

Everything is done naturally till the XIIIe century in this dyeing factory, using pigeon droppings and lime… The smelling is awful. You can see people in this picture, they are working everyday only with their feet and hands.
